  • John Nordman - Owner and Director of Training

    John Nordman has 27 years of special operations experience across the globe, specializing in counterterrorism, emergency medicine, and tactical training. He remains actively deployed throughout the year with U.S. government paramilitary counterterrorism units, providing operational support in high-threat environments.

    As a Department of State-vetted medic, John has served with counterterrorism and antiterrorism assistance teams worldwide, delivering life-saving medical support in austere and hostile conditions. He holds multiple instructor certifications from USCCA, NRA, the American Heart Association, the Red Cross, DoD, DHS, FEMA, and more, ensuring the highest standards in tactical medicine and firearms training.

    In addition to his operational role, John is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP-DNP), further enhancing his expertise in trauma care and emergency medicine. His extensive background in high-risk security operations, critical infrastructure protection, and combat medicine makes him a leading expert in counterterrorism preparedness, response, and mitigation.

  • Brad Beddow - Practical Firearms Instructor

    Brad Beddow is a 25 year law enforcement veteran and USPSA Master Class Carry Optics shooter.  He created a practical firearms program with the premise that practical competitive shooting techniques transfer over to the LE / MIL tactical world.  Brad spent over a decade as a SWAT operator and counter-sniper and a GA POST Firearms Instructor. He has multiple instructor certficates that include Critical Incident Instructor, Multi-Assaut Counter Terrorism Action Capabilities Instructor, NRA Pistol / Shotgun Instructor, Patrol Rifle and Handgun Certification, GLOCK Certification, along with other certifications. Brad is the owner and founder of H Group Dynamics, our sister company, in Savannah Ga.

  • Sarah Nordman - Medical Director

    Sarah Nordman, ACNP-BC, is a highly skilled and dedicated healthcare professional with a career spanning over two decades. Commencing her journey in acute critical trauma care in 2000, Sarah has become a cornerstone in the field, delivering exemplary service and making a profound impact.A proud alumna of the University of Florida, Sarah holds multiple degrees that underscore her commitment to academic excellence. Her educational foundation has been a springboard for a dynamic career that has unfolded across various critical and trauma care services throughout the United States.With an unwavering passion for trauma care, Sarah has cultivated expertise in multiple areas, solidifying her reputation as a proficient and compassionate practitioner. Her journey has been marked by a relentless pursuit of knowledge, earning her numerous certifications and honing advanced trauma life-saving skills.

  • Jeff Wilson - Lead Emergency Medical Instructor

    Jeff Wilson brings to the team his extensive medical knowledge as an advanced EMT. He encompasses specialized education and training, in conjunction with real life experiences, to form a strong ability in prehospital care and emergency medical services. His relevant experience reflects almost a decade of working as a first receiver in one of GA’s busiest level 1 trauma centers. Alongside an interdisciplinary trauma team, he served to render care to victims of gun violence and other various forms of trauma. He shows a continuous passion for educating and teaching the medical skills needed to save lives.

  • Steve Sweeting - Leadership Development Instructor

    Steve Sweeting “Sgt. Steve” is a seasoned Law Enforcement professional with 17 years of experience in patrol for a mid-sized Florida agency, and a USMC veteran. He is the author of “Street Stoic: Ancient Philosophy, Modern Policing” and an adjunct professor at Santa Fe College. Sgt. Steve is currently serving as an FTO Sergeant where he takes pride in mentoring FTOs and trainees, helping them develop crucial skills and overcome obstacles. The recipient of two Medals of Valor and a prestigious Governor's Award for Heroism, Steve is renowned for his expertise in teaching covert tactics, leading anti-burglary missions, and demonstrating an exceptional track record in apprehending burglars in the act.As a practicing Stoic, Sgt. Steve is passionate about sharing the benefits of Stoicism with his fellow Law Enforcement Officers. He enjoys nothing more than teaching practical and actionable insights on how to apply Stoic principles to their personal and professional lives.

  • Andres Saldivar - Lead Defensive Tactics Instructor

    Andres Saldivar is an accomplished individual with a remarkable background in the world of combat sports. With over 30 years of experience in boxing, he has made a name for himself as a certified amateur boxing coach in the United States. Prior to his coaching career, he had a small stint as a professional fighter, showcasing his skills and dedication in the ring. Notably, Andres also ventured into the realm of Professional Sparring as a partner at the renowned First Fighter Squadron, where he demonstrated his versatility and adaptability in high-pressure situations.During his illustrious career, Andres had the privilege of working closely with esteemed athletes and champions. He collaborated with Melissa Hernandez, widely known as the "huracanshark," a five-time world champion in her weight division, contributing to her exceptional success. Additionally, he served as a cornerman for Emil Umayov, playing an integral role in his triumph at the US MTO Championships. Andres also had the honor of supporting the legendary Rafael Rodriguez from his corner, further solidifying his reputation as a capable and respected figure in the sport. In the past decade, he expanded his expertise to include Muay Thai, showcasing his passion and dedication to combat sports.

  • Kyle Robertson - Lead Firearms Instructor/Security Instructor

    Kyle Robertson served in the U.S. Army, where he worked as a heavy machine gunner. He was later selected as a sniper in a scout platoon. During his deployment in Afghanistan for Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), he participated in key missions such as guardian angel operations and Quick Reaction Force (QRF) support. He oversaw the camp transition from the Afghan National Army to the U.S. Army. After his military service, Kyle transitioned into private security and has been in the field for numerous years serving private clients. He holds firearm instructor licenses, including a “K” license in Florida, allowing him to teach and requalify armed security professionals.
